Logging
on
In order
to manage your club's information, you must first log on. Click on "Manage
Club" on the menu bar at the top of the page.

You should
be taken to a club login page. Enter your User ID and password here. Then
click on "Submit Query" button.

After you
have entered your User ID and password, you should be taken to a page
similar to the one below:

View
Volleyball Club Listing
To see the
listing of the volleyball clubs, simply click on "Club Listing"
on the menu bar at the top of any page.

Edit
Club and representative information
Your club
and representative information is listed in the box on the right.
To edit that
information, click on "click here" on the first paragraph in
the page. This should take you to edit club information page. Make the
appropriate changes and then click on "Update Club Info" button.

A message
will let you know that you have successfully changed your club information.
Register
your Team
To register
your team into this site, click on "Register Teams" in the box
on the left.

You should
be taken to the team registration form.

Enter the
team name, choose the gender and age division, and enter players', coaches',
and chaperons' information.
When you have completed the form, click on "Submit Team Registration"
button at the bottom of this form.
Once you have submitted the team registration, you should be taken to
a team registration receipt page with the confirmation of your registration
cost.
View/Print
Registration Forms
To view or
to print your registration forms, click on "View/Print Registration
Forms in the box on the left.

You should
be taken to a print registration page.

Select the
team you would like to view and click on "Print Form" button.
You should be taken to a page with all the registration information. IMPORTANT:
Before printing, you must change the print orientation to landscape under
Page Setup. You may print this by going to "File" on the menu
bar, and then "Print".
Edit
Team Information
To edit your
team information, click on "Edit Team Info" in the middle box.

You should
be taken to a edit team registration page.

Select the
team you would like to edit and click on "Edit this team" button.
You should be taken to an edit team information form.

Make the
necessary changes in the form then click on "Submit Team Registration"
at the bottom of this form. You should receive a confirmation with your
team name you have changed.
View Tournament Schedule
To see the
tournament schedule available, simply click on "Tournament Schedule"
on the menu bar at the top of any page.

Tournament
Registration
To enter
a tournament, you must register at the Tournament Registration. Click
on "Tournament Registration" in the box on the right.

You should
be taken to a select tournament page.

Select a
tournament you would like to enter, click on "Continue" button.
You should be taken to the verify tournament page with the information
on the selected tournament. If the tournament information is correct,
you may proceed by entering all the teams you would like to be entered
in this tournament by placing a check next to the teams. Click on "Continue"
button to continue to the confirmation page. Once you are satisfied the
listed information, you may click on "Register" button to register.
You should be taken to the tournament registration complete page.To cancel
a tournament registration, click on the link to view all tournament registrations.
Then click "cancel" next to the appropriate tournament.
Logoff
When you
leave the website, be sure to logoff by clicking "[logoff]"
in the top right corner of the page.
